Işık University, in cooperation with Pusula Health Services, provides health services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a well-equipped team to provide first aid in emergencies.
The Health Center, located at the University's Şile Campus, provides regular outpatient and emergency outpatient services 24 hours a day, constantly, with a team of physicians and nurses.
Emergency cases are transported to hospitals in Şile or Istanbul, depending on the patient's condition, after the first intervention. This process is carried out in coordination with the patient's relatives. Our patients are monitored during their treatment.
At the Health Center of our University, the first doses of the medicines prescribed during the outpatient clinic service, which are deemed appropriate for the patient, are given free of charge until they are provided by the patient, ensuring the continuity of treatment and education. In cases where the patient needs to be examined by a specialist physician, after informing the patient and obtaining his/her consent, the patient is assisted in his/her examination and treatment by specialist physicians working in Şile.
At the campus, where outpatient clinic and infirmary services are provided in accordance with the standards, it is possible to reach the experienced physician staff by calling 444 9 724 for medical consultations and to get information about vital intervention support in emergencies, current health issues and on-call pharmacy.
Our physicians and nurses working at the Health Center provide all kinds of consulting services on health issues to the students and staff of our University and regularly organize training seminars on these issues.
We have an infirmary operated by Pusula Health Services at our Maslak Campus.
