Wiley Publishing Journals Read & Publish Agreement

Dear Academicians & Researchers,

As part of the new agreement between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM EKUAL Project and Wiley Publishing, researchers of our University will be able to publish their articles to the journals listed in the annex free of charge open access throughout 2025.

Under the Agreement:

• Authors who submit their articles to the designated Wiley journals and have them accepted will not be required to pay any Article Processing Charges (APC). These charges will be covered by ULAKBİM.
• Publications in Web of Science (WOS)-indexed Q1 and Q2 Wiley Hybrid and Wiley Gold Journals (excluding Hindawi) in the categories of "Research Article," "Review Article," "Data Article," and "Rapid Publication" are eligible for open access (OA) support.
• A specific publication quota has been allocated for 2025 across Turkey.
• Researchers must apply within the quota limits and in a timely manner to benefit from this support.

Publishing open-access articles will ensure your research reaches a broader global audience, thereby increasing the likelihood of higher citations.

Authors who wish to have their articles published as open access must include their institutional email address in the application form when submitting to Wiley. This is crucial for the smooth processing of OA procedures.

Announcements regarding the Wiley Read & Publish Model Author Webinars will be made in the coming days.
